Quark
Casa Dairy Products' Quark is a traditional, creamy, vegetarian, fresh cheese made from cow's milk. It is moist, white cheese with a light taste and a smooth and soft texture, similar to some types of fromage frais. Dictionaries usually translate it as curd cheese or cottage cheese. It has a much lower fat content than cream cheese. It can be used in the cooking of cheesecakes, pastas, creamy sauces and desserts. Gluten Free, Halal Certified.
