Casa at the Good Food & Wine Show

Casa will again be exhibiting at this years' Good Food & Wine Show held July 15th - 17th at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Come down, have a chat and sample some of our delicious products.

Working with our slogan "The Taste Lover's Dairy", this year we have four different show bags on offer to cater for different taste lovers and palates. Choose from Feta, Yoghurts, Cooking Ingredients and a Mixed bag.

Casa Supports 2011 Perth Montessori Walk to School Day

In the past, before budget constraints came into play, Perth Montessori used to receive the support of their local council to provide breakfast to children when they participated in Walk To School Day.

When Brett Murphy of Casa Dairy received a call from Perth Montessori asking for their potential support he was on board immediately to help fill the gap left by council and help provide students with a healthy breakfast.

Head of marketing at Perth Montessori School, Alexsandra Galic, said “We were really in a tight spot. Our community is so diverse that some parents and children have to catch a train or bus and then walk the reminder in order to participate in the National Walk to School Day. That means leaving too early to have breakfast. When council stopped their program we didn’t know which way to turn. Having such a great West Australian company like Casa support our event is truly humbling and our entire community is grateful”.

Now in its twelfth year, the Walk Safely to School Day initiative will be celebrated on Friday 20 May 2011. Walk Safely to School Day promotes the vitally important message: Active Kids are Healthy Kids.

The event encourages parents, carers and their children to build regular walking to and from school into their daily routine, because children need a minimum of 60 minutes exercise per day.
